February 10 - Cru Night with Italian winery, Argiolas

We are honored to have been selected to host Cru Night with the great Italian (Sardinian!) winery, Argiolas. Cru Night is an opportunity to really highlight some of Italy’s very best wineries ~ small wineries big bottles. And for the evening, we have Kim Knoell, a WSET Level 3 and a Certified Specialist of Wine (CSW) with the Society of Wine Educators, available to discuss the finer points of Italian wines. Please join us and met Kim – she will be at Solare from 5pm to 9pm. Oh! And we will have a fun 3 liter bottle of Argiolas Turriga that we are opening and offering glasses at an amazing (low!) price. Please join us for this awesome wine … it is a blend of Cannonau, Malvasia Nera, Carignano, and Bovale Sardo with two years aging in French barriques. The Venus or “Turriga” that graces the label was found in the vineyards of Argiolas in 1935. Yay!
