Ciao!

We have a strong cocktail program here at Solare and that’s why we’re excited to announce our participation in Negroni Week 2024, a global event running from September 16th to 22nd. Negroni Week unites bars and restaurants worldwide to serve unique takes on the classic Negroni, with proceeds supporting charitable causes.   The cause is Slow Food – and see more details on this fine organization below.

This year, we’re proud to feature five of our finest Negroni creations:

Negroni Sbagliato — Prosecco, Cocchi Vermouth di Torino, Cappelletti Aperitivo, Orange Bitters

Strawberry Feels Forever — Gin, Aperitivo Blend, Pineapple, Strawberry, Vermouth Blend

Il Classico — Gin, Cocchi Vermouth di Torino, Campari

Giving Back with Slow Food

This year, Negroni Week is partnering with Slow Food, a global movement of local communities and activists working to create a world where food is good for individuals, fair to the people who produce it, and sustainable for the planet. Slow Food promotes food education, the preservation of cultural diversity, and advocates for just food policies. Through the Slow Food Negroni Week Fund, this event supports projects transforming the global food and beverage system, including community-led initiatives focused on food and beverage education, biodiversity, and awareness of critical food issues.

By joining us at Solare during Negroni Week, you’re not only enjoying exceptional cocktails but also contributing to a meaningful cause.

So, from September 16th to 22nd, come by and raise a glass to great cocktails and positive change. We look forward to celebrating with you!
