January 09 - Cooking Class: Ravioli and Fresh Pasta from Scratch (Sold Out)

Solare’s pasta is made fresh every day – in our kitchen. This is an opportunity to see exactly how Chef Accursio makes that happen! He will teach you all the right techniques to enable you to make the best “pasta fresca” and perfect ravioli. This is a hands-on pasta making class where you will learn the classic dough techniques and so much more. The fun starts at 10:30am at Solare with an Italian-style coffee of your choice and a pastry. January 07 - “Celebrate Wines of Baja!” Dinner

We are so lucky to be able to live in such a beautiful city as San Diego … and we are also lucky to be so close to an amazing up-and-going wine region: Valle de Guadalupe/Baja California, Mexico! So for this dinner we have Baja wine expert, Tom Bracamontes, and Bob Gelman of Grape Connections here in Point Loma leading a special dinner where we will enjoy great Baja wines and learn all about the region and the latest happenings there. $74++ per person for the 5 wines and 4 courses ~ 6:45pm Dinner and 6:15pm Reception with Tom, Bob, and Randy. ~~ RSVP Today

January 01 - New Year’s Day – Solare is Closed

Solare is closed all day on New Year’s Day to allow our Team to relax and be with their families.
