March 21 - Cooking Class: Gnocchi and Bolognese
Join A full immersion in gnocchi and slow braised Bolognese sauce — the essence of the Emilia-Romagna region. You will learn to twist the traditional recipe of gnocchi, by filling them with sausages, by creating different tastes, and shapes, so you can surprise your family and guest at home. The fun starts at 10:30am at Solare with an Italian-style coffee of your choice and a pastry. March 07 - Cooking Class: Cucina Siciliana
Join Solare’s Chef Accursio for this fun class and you will learn how to create a Sicilian feast in your own home. He will teach you how to make a delicious selection of traditional dishes from Sicily! Born and raised in Menfi, Sicily, and now living in the States for the last two years, Chef Accursio is the ideal maestro to share the art of Sicilian cuisine. The fun starts at 10:30am at Solare with an Italian-style coffee of your choice and a pastry.
