Forget the game – Come Experience and Learn about the wines of Tuscany instead

Yes! Instead of sitting in front of the TV watching the game, come to Solare and learn all about the great wines from Tuscany — and also enjoy a delicious dish that Chef Accursio and Petra designed just for this evening. As you may know, Petra was born and raised in Tuscany (Firenze). Here are the details on the Tuscan Wine Experience: learn about the 4 major wine “types” of Tuscany, namely Brunello, Montepulciano, Chianti, and Super Tuscans. You can get a nice flight of all 4 wines for $34 and we will describe and explain the nuances and “fun facts” of each. For the Food Experience, have a wonderful dish with a special Tuscan pasta that Petra loves (Gnocchi al Gorgonzola Dolce e Noci) and an awesome Lamb Ossobuco. These two items make a fabulous dish and both are available for $39. This is much more fun (and deliciously educational!) than watching the game. We are only doing this on Sunday … and, if you make your reservation by 8pm Saturday, you get a free Solare wine opener or T-shirt for each Tuscan wine tasting & special dinner purchased.
