December 24 - Solare Christmas Eve Dinner

Please join us for a special Christmas Eve dinner – a Holiday Feast with traditional dishes from Sicily! For this entire evening, 4:30pm to 9pm, Chef Accursio will be sharing family recipes that he learned from his Mother and Grandmother back in Sicily on a prix fixe special menu. It is a 4-course dinner that Chef Accursio designed with a couple special surprises. The dinner is $59++ for adults and we can definitely do something simpler for kids with our kid’s menu. December 19 - Stonestreet Estate Vineyards Wine Dinner ~ Last Wine Dinner for 2017!

JUST ANNOUNCED!  We have one more Solare Wine Dinner for 2017!!  And it is an epic one!!  Yes, we have Stonestreet Estate Vineyards here at Solare for a grand wine dinner.   

Stonestreet is one of the most expansive and multi-faceted mountain vineyards in the world and produces a distinctive collection of single vineyard wines — Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc.   The winery is proud to act as stewards of the land, caring for this 5,500 acre mountain estate that towers high above the Alexander Valley in the Mayacamas Mountain Range. One of the wines we are pouring is their incredible Rockfall Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon. This is a fabulous “Spirits Dinner”! An evening with Tommy … and 4 San Diego Distillers (local spirits!)!! . Yes, we are having a 4-course Dinner featuring “Farm to Bar” Cocktails by Tommy with 100% of the spirits coming from 4 local San Diego distilleries – and each cocktail featuring local produce, fruits, and herbs.  . The San Diego Bay Wine + Food Festival and Solare have teamed up to provide a Grand Wine Dinner during this big annual wine event.  For this, we have designed a Piemonte, Italy, focused wine dinner highlighting the legendary region of Barolo and The Langhe! Embark on an in-depth exploration of the amazing wines from the Langhe Region that includes Barolo and Barbaresco. These wines have received 90+ rated vintage scores every year with 2010 receiving the outstanding 97 rating and 2012 receiving 94 points.
