Just Announced!  Solare Wine Dinner this Thursday, August 19. One week from today – and one night only.

Yes, this special Wine Dinner is with Vince Ferragamo.

100% family owned and operated, Vince Ferragamo Vineyards has a specific focus on the varietals from the land of their family history, Italy.  

Vince Ferragamo, Owner and co-Winemaker, leads the 4-course Wine Dinner where each course is paired with carefully selected wines from his vineyards.

We are including his award-winning Super Tuscan and delicious Pinot Noir and Primitivo and more. 

Vince has an incredible background before starting his wine career 20 years ago. Vince was the LA Rams starting Quarterback for Superbowl XIV. Wow!! Come meet Vince and enjoy his great wines

The short summary is that we know of no one that knows more about seafood … and who has stronger opinions! … than Tommy. And he is an excellent speaker with fun charisma, and he will both delight you and scare you (in a good way) with his talk.

July 04 - Solare is closed all day on July 4th

To allow our Team to be able to spend the 4th of July with family and friends, Solare will be closed all day on Sunday, July 4th. We will be open again at 4:30pm on Monday, July 5. 

June 30 - Solare Pizza Oven Pop-Up at Vino Carta Wine Shop & Bar

Master Pizza Chef Brian is making the pizzas – and Tommy and I are there too taking care of the orders – and sampling Vino Carta’s wines.

We have Denise Clarke, Winemaker of Altipiano Vineyards and Winery, and her husband, Peter, here for a very special dinner. Denise and Peter Clarke founded this family owned and operated winery with a special focus on Italian varietals.
