We are having a fabulous New Year’s Eve Dinner (4-course dinner) … and Party! Please join us and  celebrate the New Year with the Solare Team.

December 25 - Christmas Day

Solare is closed all day on Christmas Day to allow our Team to relax and be with their families and friends. We open again Monday, December 26 at 4:30pm.   Buon Natale!

December 24 - Solare Christmas Eve Dinner

Please join us for a special Christmas Eve dinner – a Holiday Feast with traditional dishes from Italy! For this entire evening, we will be sharing special Italian Holiday dishes with a prix fixe special menu. It is a 4-course dinner with lots of selections that is $68 for adults — and we can definitely do something simpler for kids with our holiday kid’s menu. You can make your reservation today.

November 12 - San Diego Bay Wine + Food Festival — Grand Tasting

Solare is delighted to be part of the San Diego Bay Wine+Food Fest Grand Tasting on Saturday, Nov 12. It is (by far) the largest and most fun wine event in the area. We have a “booth” at the event with tastes of great Solare food.

This dinner is happening at Solare … and it is a part of the San Diego Bay Wine + Food Festival. 

Spend an evening in Tuscany with Antinori Estate and Solare Ristorante!   Join this Italian wine and cuisine focused Grand Wine Dinner highlighting legendary Tuscan wines such as the Tignanello Estate Super Tuscan and the Pian delle Vigne Brunello di Montalcino.

This dinner is happening at Solare Ristorante in Liberty Station.  Solare was recently added to the Michelin Guide as a Bib Gourmand restaurant – and in 2022 was named Best Service, Best Italian Restaurant, and Best Wine List by San Diego Magazine.  The right three awards you want for this Grand Dinner!
