December 24 - Solare Christmas Eve Dinner

Please join us for a special Christmas Eve dinner – a Holiday Feast with traditional dishes from Italy! For this entire evening, 4:30pm to 9pm, we will be sharing special Italian Holiday dishes with a prix fixe special menu. It is a 4-course dinner that is $59++ for adults and we can definitely do something simpler for kids with our holiday kid’s menu. You can make your reservation today.

December 06 - Discover the Wines of Mount Etna with Pietradolce

Have you ever wanted to try the wines of Mount Etna? Or, learn more about why everyone is so excited about these unique wines?

Join us at Solare for this very special opportunity to explore the wines of one of the best wineries on Sicily’s Mount Etna. This is a $25/person tasting that includes 7 wines from the Pietradolce Winery and also a range of Solare finger foods to complement the wines. We are joined by Alice Dal Moro from Empson Wines that will be describing the region and the wines in detail.

The tasting is an “open house” style and you can join anytime from 5pm to 7pm. I will definitely be there participating too as Pietradolce has been a featured winery here at Solare for over a year.

November 20 - Italian Trade Tasting & also Dinner @ Solare with DOCG Imports

November 16 - An Evening with Liquid Farm Winery owner, Jeff Nelson

November 09 - Solare + Fortaleza Tequila Tasting Dinner

Be amazed by how well our Italian cuisine pairs with the world’s best tequila, Fortaleza! Join me as I lead the 4-course dinner and tasting with an evening of fun details and photos of everything about agave, tequila, and Jalisco. Learn how the agave is grown and used to make this amazing spirit. Be at Solare at 7pm for a Reception with a Welcome Cocktail that Tommy designed. October 26 - October 27 - Solare at Ballast Point: Autumn Food & Beer Pairing

Solare and Chef Accursio have teamed up with Ballast Point and Chef Rocio Fleckenstein for two fun “Food + Beer” dinners. They are on Friday, October 26, and Saturday, Oct 27. Seating is limited to 30 persons each evening. The dinner begins at 7pm, and the price is $70++ for the 4-course dinner and Ballast Point beer pairing.
