Ciao!! Here is our January and February 2024 Schedule.  Contact us to reserve your spots.

$95++ per student.   Includes the hands-on cooking class, wine, and a full lunch.   Limit 10 students per class.

We love doing Cooking Classes here at Solare.

• Jan 13 – Seafood Italian-style
• Jan 20 – Pasta from Scratch
• Feb 3 – Pizza from Scratch!
• Feb 17 – Traditional Gnocchi
• Feb 24 – Lasagna with Maria

Our Cooking Classes offer a truly hands-on experience in Solare’s kitchen allowing each student to create Italian cuisine themselves to make at home.   Our classes are not just a “demonstration”.  They are very “hands on” and interactive. You are in the Solare Kitchen. 

When you see one you like, I recommend jumping on it pretty fast as class sizes are intentionally small.

The classes are held pretty much every other Saturday, and the fun typically starts at 10:30am at Solare (10am for some classes) with an Italian-style coffee of your choice.   Italian wine is served for students interested in “cooking with wine”.

The Classes do sell out fast due to the limited size.

January 01 - New Year’s Day

Solare is closed all day on New Year’s Day to allow our Team to relax and be with their families and friends. We open again Tuesday, January 2, at 4:30pm noon.  Buon Anno! 

December 31 - Solare New Year’s Eve Dinner & Party!

We are having a fabulous New Year’s Eve Dinner (4-course dinner) … and Party! Please join us and  celebrate the New Year with the Solare Team.

Here are the details:

• Special 4-course dinner that we are designing
• $78/person for seatings before 6pm
• $88/person for seatings starting at 6pm (includes the Party that night and Champagne Toast)
• Kids menu available
• Indoor and heated patio tables
• DJ Gjrerrus – you’ll really like him – he lead the evening last year too – amazing DJ!
• Full Bar available
• Party goes till 2am
• $99 Marriott rooms

Special Note! The fine folks at the Marriott Courtyard right by Solare are making a limited block of rooms available to Solare customers at a reduced rate of $99 per night for New Year’s Eve (deadline December 15).

That’s an incredible price available only by contacting us! You can party with us at Solare and then just grab a shuttle or walk to your room. This is what I am doing!

December 25 - Christmas Day

Solare is closed all day on Christmas Day to allow our Team to relax and be with their families and friends. We open again Tuesday, December 26 at 4:30pm.   Buon Natale!

December 24 - Solare Christmas Eve Dinner

Please join us for a special Christmas Eve dinner – a Holiday Feast with traditional dishes from Italy! For this entire evening, we will be sharing special Italian Holiday dishes with a prix fixe special menu. It is a 4-course dinner with lots of selections that is $68 for adults — and we can definitely do something simpler for kids with our holiday kid’s menu. You can make your reservation today.

December 22 - December 24 - Solare “Feast of Seven Fishes”

Yes, we are honoring this tradition with a special seafood menu that Exec Chef Denice Grande designed for the Christmas Weekend.

Most of the dishes feature locally caught fresh seafood from Tommy Gomes

On Friday and Saturday, we have our full menu available in addition to the Feast of Seven Fishes.

On Sunday (Christmas Eve!) we have a special 4-course menu filled with traditional Italian Christmas selections – and also the Feast of Seven Fishes.
