February 11 - February 14 - St. Valentine’s Weekend at Solare!
3 Fun Announcements:
First – It’s St. Valentine’s Weekend at Solare!
We have a special Italian 3-course tasting menu for $64. You’ll love it! This menu is available today, Sunday, and Monday. Out full Solare menu is available too.
We then have an Italian 4-course menu on Tuesday, February 14. Call us.
Second – Amazingly large and rare Italian Truffle
It’s almost 1 pound in size and we are shaving it on select Solare dishes this weekend through Valentine’s Day. Join us and try this freshly foraged delicacy from northern Italy.
Third – Bone-in Tomahawk Ribeye Steak.
We have a limited number of 38oz, 44oz, and 50oz Tomahawk angus beef ribeye steaks. We serve it simple with house-made truffle butter, grilled asparagus, and fingerling potatoes. Call to reserve yours.

Meet Davide Visentin of Avignonesi Estate as he leads this evening featuring select Sangiovese and other grapes from the winery.
Avignonesi is extremely focused on biodynamic farming and you will see why with this pairing of Solare cuisine!

January 25 - Tommy Gomes extra special Evening of Seafood Dinner!
We are doing it again! A “Evening of Seafood” with Tommy Gomes this Wednesday.
Yes, Tommy and I decided to do an “encore dinner” based on the wonderful time that we had this last Thursday.
The seafood we are getting from Tommy is amazing – Executive Chef Denice Grande designed a rockstar menu – and everyone had so much fun!
In case you don’t know, Tommy Gomes is an international expert on seafood, sustainability, and works hard every day to support and promote family-owned commercial fishing small businesses. Tommy is the founder and owner of Tunaville Market & Grocery, and he is beginning the filming of his 4th Season of “The Fishmonger” TV Show.

Yes! I am delighted to let you know first that Tommy Gomes and I just confirmed that we are having an “Evening of Seafood” Dinner next Thursday, January 19.
Tommy is beginning the filming of his 4th Season of “The Fishmonger” – and he decided to kick off the season by filming the dinner we are doing. They will be filming behind the scenes footage from the kitchen, how we are plating and serving, and the dinner itself. It will be a lot of fun!
