First, you will be delighted meeting Luca Pasquero-Elia who is the Winemaker and Owner of Paitin Estate. Luca is the 8-generation winemaker — and have been my very good friend for over 4 years.
Second, this is a rare opportunity to have 4 Barbaresco crus together. You will really explore the terroir of this region of Piemonte. These are very prestigious wines including their single-vineyard and single cru Sori Paitin.
Third, this estate is legendary. It has been continuously operating in the same family since 1796. They help define what Barbaresco is – in its truest expressions.
Chef Denice creates a full pairing menu that is 100% focused on the cuisine of Piemonte, Italy.
