Here is the quick summary of the afternoon and evening:
First, we were surprised to just learn that our friend Luigi Pagoni is in Los Angeles this week. We immediately invited him down to Solare this Friday.
Luigi is the Winemaker and Vineyard Manager of Poggio del Moro Estate in Tuscany.
Luigi is also an expert in grilling the famous Fiorentina Steaks on a wood-fired grill.
So – we quickly organized a special dinner this Friday where you will have 5 of his select wines with a 4-course dinner that includes the prime beef from Fiorentina steaks grilled by Luigi and his son and our team.
You can hang out by the grill and hear the Fiorentina’s sizzling. Note: We have great vegetarian options too.
And – You can make your reservation anytime between 5pm and 7:30pm. You will love this experience – bring family and friends and celebrate the Tuscan lifestyle.
