Almost every week, the Solare Team is creating and having an event around food, wine, beer, spirits, and more. Here is our current schedule below. If you would like to host your own event for a family occasion or corporate event, please see our “host an event” page.

Typically $95++ per student with some exceptions. Includes the hands-on cooking class, wine, and a full lunch. Limit is usually 10 students per class.
We love doing Cooking Classes here at Solare!
Our Cooking Classes offer a truly hands-on experience allowing each student to create Italian cuisine themselves to make at home. Our classes are not just a “demonstration”.
The fun typically starts at 10:30am at Solare (10am for some classes) with an Italian-style coffee of your choice. Italian wine is served for students interested in “cooking with wine”.

- Oct 12 – Lasagna with Chef Maria
- Oct 19 – Seafood Italian-style
- Nov 9 – Making Pizza from Scratch!
- Nov 23 – Gnocchi, Pesto, & Bolognese
- Nov 30 – Osso Buco and Risotto
The Classes do sell out fast due to the limited size.
