The happy focus is the incredible strawberries from the Carlsbad Strawberry Company.
Yes! We have co-owner and family member, Robyn Ukegawa, here.
The theme of the afternoon and our 4-course Italian menu is their delicious strawberries grown right here in Carlsbad. Every course highlights their strawberries.
These strawberries are just perfect and right in season – and they only sell berries that are picked that morning. So the strawberries for this lunch will be picked fresh Sunday morning and Robyn will bring them to Solare.
