Ciao! We have the Tuscan Legend, Mazzei Estate, here on Wednesday, July 15.
Mazzei is truly a special winery because their wines are some of the best in Italy, and the Mazzei family has been making wine for 25 generations – starting in 1435. incredible.
Giulio Rucellai from Mazzei leads the evening.
Tommy and I have selected 5 wines and they include:
- Library Edition of 2013 Gran Selezione
- Famous Siepi Super Tuscan
- Mazzei “Philip” wine that is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon. Philip Mazzei met Thomas Jefferson in Italy and the 1770’s and they came back together to the colonies so Philip could help with the vinticulture here. Wow!
