Our good friend, Stefano Poggi of Batasiolo Winery in Piemonte, took the lead in organizing this great dinner. 3 restaurants and 4 chefs are collaborating to offer you a culinary extravaganza. Featuring: Chefs Cassineri Mario and Francesca Penoncelli from Bice San Diego ~ Chef Stefano Ceresoli from Piazza 1909 ~ Chef Accursio Lota from Solare Ristorante. And of course, Stefano will be pouring Batasiolo wines from Piemonte – including their incredible Barolo 2011. This is the second in a series of events celebrating the seasons like only true, authentic Italians can. The focus this time is Spring! Wine and dine to your heart’s content on real Italian expressions. The dinner starts at 6:30pm, and is $89++.
