Class details and prices are found at this link. The price for each Class includes the hands-on cooking class, wine, and a full lunch. Class size limited.
We love doing Cooking Classes here at Solare!
Our Cooking Classes offer a truly hands-on experience allowing each student to create Italian cuisine themselves to make at home. Our classes are not just a “demonstration”.
The fun typically starts at 10am at Solare with an Italian-style coffee of your choice. Italian wine is served for students interested in “cooking with wine”.

September 17 - Italian Wine Dinner – Piemonte – Demarie Estate
Join us for an Evening in one of the most beautiful areas of Italy – Piemonte.
The dinner is Thursday, September 17, at Solare.
We have Paolo Demarie here from Demarie Estate. Paolo is the 3rd generation winemaker and owner of the estate.
We have met and gotten to know each other in Italy, and I am delighted that he is here in San Diego for one day. I am even happier that you will meet Paolo too!
