Guess What?! We are excited to announce that the Solare Team completed a new project. Yes, we designed and built a “mobile” wood-fired pizza oven and its name is “Pizzeria al Volo” which means “Pizzeria on the Fly”. We will start out by supplying fabulous pizzas for the new Ice Rink that just opened behind Solare. We will be here by the Ice Rink until January 3rd when the Ice Rink closes. Then we will be taking the oven on the road (“Flying Pizzeria”) for catering and other special events. The Solare Outdoor Pizza Oven is now on the grassy area behind Solare and right by the Ice Rink.
