Solare LIVE! Cooking Class from the Solare Kitchen with Executive Chef Filippo Piccini. Saturday, April 3, at 11am. We have our Instagram online Cooking Class with Chef Filippo Piccini as he shows you how to make the best Pesto with Pasta. A great Pesto requires the right technique and the right ingredients. Think Genoa! This is how we make it here in the Solare Kitchen.
Get a Kit! Chef Filippo can make a Kit for you for the Cooking Class. It is $39 for the Kit, and the Kit serves 4 persons with the Pesto and Pasta – -plus special Genovese Basil and great pine nuts. Contact us ahead of time — or anytime this weekend — to get a Kit and you can then follow along with the Chef. It’s fun!
