We are doing a very special tasting dinner led by one of the leaders of the mezcal world.

Join owner Bildo Saravia, Tommy, and me as we dive deep with 5 mezcals from 5 wild agaves that Bildo and Origen Raiz creates in Oaxaca & Durango. We pair the select 5 mezcals with a 3-course Solare pairing dinner.
You will also learn how to best visit this magical land. You will love this experience!
