We are an authentic Italian ristorante, and we welcome you to the Solare Family!  We have a special focus on Tuscany. 

Solare is named a Michelin Guide Bib Gourmand restaurant – and named Best Italian Restaurant by San Diego Magazine.  With over 2,000 bottles of wine in our cellar and many wines by the glass, I am confident you will find the right ones to compliment your dinner. Or, we have Mixologist Tommy Smerik and his Team ready to create a delicious craft cocktail for you – we have a deep spirits program here at Solare.   Dine on one of our two wonderful patios overlooking the Liberty Station parks.    At Solare, we fully understand and embrace the importance of offering Gluten Free dishes. We are especially proud of our gluten free pizza dough – it makes a truly delicious pizza in our oven. We also offer a selection of gluten free pastas… and we bake gluten free bread every day. We are here to take good care of you!
