Ciao! We have an Italian Wine Dinner on Tuesday, January 20. It is an “Evening in Emilia-Romagna” – the gastronomic capital of Italy!

And we have two special guests: Elisa and Michele Borelli – the founders and owners of Balsamico Italian Kitchen in Imperial Beach.
Elisa and Michele were born & raised in the classic city of Modena in Emilia-Romagna. Chef Michele is joining Chef Denice in the kitchen to create regional pasta dishes and more. Collaboration!
We are are pouring wines from two great estates from this exact area of Italy: Randi Vini (!!) and Tenuta Mara.
