We are delighted to announce a Wine Dinner that includes Single-Vineyard Cabs from Oakville in Napa. Yes! We are back in California for this wonderful evening.

We have owner & winemaker, Karen Meyer of Meyer Family Cellars, here leading the wine dinner.

From day one, Solare has been a Huge Fan of Meyer Family wines and we are so excited to have Karen herself here.
And – as you may know, Justin Meyer started Silver Oak winery with Raymond Duncan in 1972. Justin Meyer later sold his share in the winery – created Meyer Family Cellars – and Matt and Karen Meyer now run the estates and the Meyer Family winery.
Exec Chef Denice Grande is designing the menu focused on really complementing these wines.

- $97 includes the 4-course special pairing dinner and select Meyer Family Cellar wines
- Includes Two Single-Vineyard Oakville Cabs
- Spitfire – aged in American Oak
- Fluffy Billows aged in French Oak
