Join owner Bildo Saravia, Tommy, and me as we dive deep with a “fun & educational” selection of his artisanal mezcals and the 4-course Solare pairing dinner that Exec Chef Denice Grande is preparing.
For the first time publicly – he is also pouring his newly released “Eclipse” bottling of his indigenous Cenizo agave mezcal. I have tried it and the flavor profile is delightful.
