- Broglia Estate in Gavi, Italia, is the most famous Gavi winery.
- Their Meirana vineyards have produced grapes and wine since 972 AD. Over 1,000 years. (!!)
- This is a deep dive on the Cortese grape (Gavi) and Timorasso.
- It will be wonderful hearing Roberto discuss the estate, its history, the vineyards, wine making, and more. What fun!
- $96++ includes 5 of his wines and the 4-course dinner
- Exec Chef Denice Grande and I are designing a menu to both pair with his wines and reflect the cuisine of this region of Piemonte.
