Italian Wine Dinner – this is “An Evening in Umbria”.
We have owner & winemaker, Enzo Barbi of Enzo Barbi Estate, here to lead an epic wine dinner.

I have become good friends with Enzo – and he really impressed me with his passion and knowledge of both winemaking in Umbria – and also the cuisine and history of the area. I was able to stay at his estate in April.
Exec Chef Denice Grande is designing the menu focused on Italian dishes from the region of Umbria so you can enjoy Enzo’s wines with the same dishes you would have if you were in the same village as his winery.

- 6:30pm Reception
- $91 includes the 4-course special pairing dinner and select Enzo Barbi Estate wines
- Menu focused on the cuisine of Umbria and the Orvieto area (designed by Chef Denice Grande)
- Seating available both inside Solare and on our heated patios
- RSVP asap – limited seating
