In this hands-on cooking class in the Solare Kitchen, we focus on the preparation of meat in Italy. You will learn the important approaches to cooking meat (beef, pork, and lamb) and also the techniques that Chef Denice Grande has learned during her career.
The lesson is held in our kitchen and is “hands-on” and not a mere cooking “demonstration”. You will experience first-hand how to cook La Fiorentina (the Queen of Tuscan Meats), Agnello Scottadito, and more.
The fun starts at 10:30am at Solare with an Italian-style coffee of your choice. Italian wine is served for students interested in “cooking with wine”. Important: Please wear closed toe shoes. Class size is small and intimate and limited to approximately 10 students. $118++/student that includes the class, wine, and lunch. It’s fun!
