Tucker Spear of Niner leads the 4-course Solare/Niner Wine Dinner designed by Solare’s Executive Chef Filippo Piccini where each course is paired with 5 carefully selected wines from the Niner Estate vineyards. Solare Ristorante was recently added to the Michelin Guide as a Bib Gourmand Restaurant. Executive Chef Filippo Piccini was born and raised in Tuscany, and is internationally recognized.
